P-Shot treatment

Overview

The P-Shot is a regenerative procedure that uses concentrated plasma from your own blood, injected into specific areas of the penis. That plasma is rich in growth factors that stimulate tissue regeneration, improve blood flow and encourage new blood-vessel formation.

The result is stronger erections, increased sensitivity and improved overall sexual function — without drugs or surgery. Because it uses your own blood, the risk of allergic reaction is minimal. It's quick, minimally invasive, and frequently combined with other ED therapies as part of a wider regenerative plan.

Key benefits

  • Stimulates cell growth and tissue regeneration
  • Enhanced blood flow to the penis
  • New blood-vessel formation (neovascularization)
  • Stronger erections and increased sensitivity
  • Drug-free and minimally invasive
  • Short recovery — resume activity quickly

How it works

The P-Shot concentrates the healing factors already in your blood and delivers them exactly where they're needed — a three-step, same-visit process.

1 DRAW Your own blood a small sample is drawn 2 SPIN PRP Spun to isolate PRP platelets + growth factors 3 INJECT Injected into the tissue growth factors get to work
Concentrated growth factors from your own blood — injected to regenerate tissue, blood vessels and sensitivity
Growth factors
Releases PDGF, TGF-β and VEGF that trigger cellular repair and new, healthy tissue.
New vessels
Stimulates neovascularization — new blood vessels for stronger, fuller erections.
Collagen
Boosts collagen production, strengthening and repairing the penile tissue.
  1. CollectionA small blood sample is drawn and spun in our RegenLab centrifuge to isolate a high concentration of growth-factor-rich platelets (PRP).
  2. PreparationA numbing agent is applied for comfort.
  3. InjectionThe concentrate is precisely injected, releasing growth factors that repair tissue, boost blood flow and stimulate collagen — no downtime.

Swiss technology, your own biology

Performed under experienced urologist supervision

We use a premium RegenLab centrifuge and tubes — US FDA-cleared and the first of its kind to receive Thai FDA approval — with a closed-system, gel-separation design that isolates pure plasma and reduces contamination risk. Because the plasma is your own, the risk of allergy or rejection is minimal — and it needs only a smaller blood draw while yielding around 1.6× more PRP.

PRP beyond ED

The P-Shot is one use of platelet-rich plasma (PRP). The same growth-factor therapy from your own blood is also used for hair, joints and skin — see all PRP treatments →

Frequently asked questions

How many sessions will I need?

For mild concerns, many men notice some improvement after a single session. Because the P-Shot works with your own biology, results build naturally — so most men do best with a short course of around 3 sessions, about a month apart. Results typically last around a year, after which a top-up maintains the effect.

Does the P-Shot increase size?

Some men notice a subtly fuller appearance after treatment, but any change is mild and temporary. The P-Shot is aimed at erectile function and sensitivity — not enlargement. If lasting size is your goal, see Penile Augmentation.

Is the P-Shot safe?

Yes — it uses plasma drawn from your own blood, which minimises the risk of allergic reaction or complications.

Does it hurt?

A numbing agent is applied beforehand, so the procedure isn't painful, though you may feel some discomfort during it. Mild swelling or sensitivity afterward settles within a few days.

How soon will I see results?

Some men notice improvement within a few days; for others the full benefit develops over several weeks.

How should I prepare?

Avoid NSAIDs and blood thinners, fish oil and vitamin C for 7 days beforehand, stay well hydrated, and avoid alcohol and smoking for 24 hours before your appointment.

How long does it take?

About 45 minutes to an hour, including the consultation, blood draw, PRP preparation and the injection itself.

What is recovery like?

There is little to no downtime. Mild swelling or sensitivity can occur and usually settles within a few days, and most men return to normal activity quickly.

Is there any aftercare?

Avoid sexual activity for 24–48 hours, and skip smoking, alcohol, swimming and intense exercise for the first 24 hours. Stay well hydrated to support healing.
