Overview

Peyronie's disease develops when fibrous scar tissue — called plaque — forms inside the penis, usually after repeated microtrauma from vigorous sexual activity or injury. As the body heals abnormally, that plaque hardens and stops the tissue stretching evenly during an erection. The result is a visible curve, sometimes pain, and difficulty with intercourse — along with the frustration and loss of confidence that often come with it.

Many men assume the only fix is surgery, or that they simply have to live with it. At MENHANCE we take a different, regenerative first-line approach: the P-Shot combined with hyaluronic acid (HA). Growth factors drawn from your own blood work to repair tissue, soften and reduce the plaque and improve blood flow, while HA restores volume and corrects unevenness for a straighter, more symmetrical result. Because it uses your own biology, there is no foreign implant and no general anaesthetic.

Every plan starts with ultrasound screening so we can map exactly where the plaque sits and how severe it is, then tailor treatment to your curvature and goals. Care is doctor-led and monitored throughout, with penile curvature surgery available as a second-line option only if the non-surgical course is not enough.

Cause & symptoms

Peyronie's disease occurs when scar tissue (fibrous plaque) develops within the tunica albuginea — the layer that lets the penis expand during erection. The fibrotic tissue limits elasticity in the affected area, resulting in curvature and pain during erection.

Key benefits

  • Reduces and softens the fibrous plaque that causes the curve
  • Helps straighten curvature for a more natural, symmetrical appearance
  • Eases pain and discomfort linked to Peyronie's
  • Improves blood flow and supports stronger erectile function
  • Restores volume and corrects unevenness with hyaluronic acid
  • Non-surgical and minimally invasive — under local anaesthesia, with little downtime
  • Uses growth factors from your own blood, so there is no implant or foreign material

How it works

A regenerative approach that treats the cause of the curve, not just the appearance — guided by imaging and led by a doctor from start to finish.

The P-Shot concentrates growth factors from your own blood and delivers them into the affected tissue, where they stimulate repair, reduce scar tissue and improve circulation. Hyaluronic acid is added to rebuild volume in areas thinned or distorted by the plaque, smoothing out unevenness so the shaft looks and feels more symmetrical.

Your blood
Growth factors are drawn from your own body, so nothing foreign is implanted.
Plaque
PRP works to soften and reduce the fibrous scar tissue behind the curve.
Symmetry
Hyaluronic acid restores volume and corrects unevenness for a natural shape.
Ultrasound
Imaging maps plaque size, location and severity before any treatment.

How PRP–HA rebalances the structure

A three-stage mechanism — release the plaque, fill and support the area, then heal it.

  1. Needle disruption of fibrotic tissueA fine needle is introduced into the fibrotic tissue causing the curvature, helping to separate and disrupt the plaque at that point.
  2. PRP–HA filling & structural supportThe PRP–HA mixture fills the area where the plaque has been released, supporting the shaft so it can straighten more effectively.
  3. HA stabilisation & PRP slow-releaseThe HA holds the PRP in place and releases it slowly; the PRP then promotes improved wound healing and faster tissue recovery.

4 reasons to choose Premium PRP at MENHANCE

Swiss device
A premium PRP system from Switzerland (RegenLab) — US FDA-cleared and the first such device registered with the Thai FDA.
Separating gel
A separating gel keeps red and white blood cells below and the platelets above, so only high-concentration platelets are used.
Closed system
A fully closed, sterile process from draw to injection reduces the risk of contamination.
No downtime
Minimally invasive, with little discomfort and no recovery time needed.

The treatment, step by step

  1. Consultation & ultrasoundA doctor reviews your history and goals, then high-frequency ultrasound maps the plaque's size, location and severity and checks blood flow — a non-invasive way to plan precisely.
  2. Personalised planBased on your imaging and the degree of curvature, we build a treatment plan tailored to your anatomy and what you want to achieve.
  3. P-Shot + HA sessionUnder local anaesthesia, growth factors from your own blood are delivered to the affected tissue and hyaluronic acid restores volume and symmetry. Each session takes about an hour with little discomfort.
  4. Course of 4 sessionsTreatment runs as a course of four sessions, with most men beginning to see results after the second.
  5. Monitoring & reviewYour progress is reviewed throughout. If non-surgical therapy does not fully correct the curve, penile curvature surgery is available as a second-line option.

Frequently asked questions

Can Peyronie's resolve on its own?

Some mild cases improve gradually, but many persist or worsen over time — which is why early assessment and treatment are advisable. An ultrasound screening helps us understand your specific case before recommending a plan.

How does the P-Shot help?

The P-Shot uses growth factors derived from your own blood to promote tissue repair, reduce plaque formation, improve blood flow and support erectile function. Because the material comes from your own body, there is no foreign implant involved.

What does the hyaluronic acid add?

Hyaluronic acid restores volume to areas affected by the deformity and corrects unevenness, improving overall symmetry so the result looks and feels more natural.

Is the treatment painful, and is there downtime?

It is minimally invasive and performed under local anaesthesia, so most men feel little discomfort. Each session takes about an hour and is designed to fit into normal life with minimal disruption.

When will I see results?

Most patients begin to see results after the second session. Treatment runs as a course of four sessions for the most complete outcome, with progress reviewed by your doctor along the way.

What if the non-surgical treatment isn't enough?

If the P-Shot and HA course does not fully correct the curvature, penile curvature surgery is available as a second-line option to address the fibrous plaque directly. Your doctor will discuss this with you based on your results.
