Overview

Bocox™ is a minimally invasive treatment for erectile dysfunction that takes a different route from oral medication. Instead of a pill timed before sex, a precise dose of Bocox™ is injected to relax the muscle in the walls of the penile arteries — opening them so more blood can flow in. Doctors call this widening of the vessels vasodilation.

We pair it with the P-Shot, which concentrates the growth-factor-rich platelets from a small sample of your own blood and returns them to the same area to repair and strengthen the blood vessels and erectile tissue. The two work together: Bocox™ opens the vessels, and the P-Shot rebuilds them.

Because Bocox™ acts locally, it avoids many of the systemic side effects men dislike about oral ED drugs. The result is firmer, longer-lasting erections you don't have to plan around — and a single treatment lasts up to six months.

Corpus cavernosum: spongy sinusoids, smooth muscle, and the injection mechanism A penile cross-section showing two corpora cavernosa filled with sponge-like sinusoids separated by smooth muscle, the tunica albuginea, cavernosal artery, corpus spongiosum and urethra, the injection site, a magnified view of the spongy tissue, and a three-step mechanism. Cross-section of the penis — where the injection goes Injection site into corpus cavernosum Corpus cavernosum spongy erectile tissue Tunica albuginea sheath that traps the blood Cavernosal artery brings blood in Corpus spongiosum + urethra kept clear — not injected Inside the corpus cavernosum — a sponge of smooth muscle Sinusoids open blood spaces (the sponge) Smooth muscle walls (trabeculae) between the spaces The injection relaxes this smooth muscle, so the sinusoids open and flood with blood. How the injection helps 1 Vessels widen Relaxes the smooth muscle in the artery walls and tissue (vasodilation). 2 Blood floods in Blood fills the spongy sinusoids of the corpus cavernosum. 3 Stays firm The tunica presses the veins shut, trapping blood — firmer, longer- lasting erection. Bocox widens the vessels · the P-Shot helps repair them.

How it works

An erection is really a question of plumbing: blood has to flow in quickly, and then stay. Bocox™ widens the vessels to get it in; the P-Shot repairs them so it lasts.

BEFORE leak Muscle tight — vessel constricted weak inflow, blood drains away WITH BOCOX™ +++ Bocox™ widens the vessel, P-Shot repairs the wall more blood flows in — and stays  (+ = P-Shot repair)
Dilation
Bocox™ relaxes the muscle in the artery walls so the vessels widen — vasodilation — letting more blood flow into the penis.
Repair
The P-Shot delivers growth factors from your own blood that repair and strengthen the vessel walls and erectile tissue.
More inflow
Wider, healthier arteries mean a faster, fuller rush of blood into the erectile chambers when you're aroused.
It holds
By helping the chambers expand and press the draining veins closed, the treatment supports an erection that lasts — see venous leak below.

Bocox™ and venous leak

A common, under-treated reason erections won't last.

A firm erection needs two things: enough blood flowing in, and the veins clamping shut to keep it there. When those veins don't seal properly — a condition called venous leak — blood drains away almost as fast as it arrives, so the erection softens before or during sex. It is a frequent cause of ED, and one that oral pills often can't fix.

Studies on intracavernosal botulinum suggest it can improve this veno-occlusive mechanism. By relaxing the smooth muscle, it helps the erectile chambers expand fully and press the draining veins closed against the surrounding sheath, so blood is trapped more effectively. Paired with the P-Shot's tissue repair, the goal is an erection that not only gets harder, but holds.

The treatment, step by step

  1. Consultation & assessmentA private, judgment-free consult with our medical team confirms Bocox™ is right for you and plans your treatment.
  2. Local anaesthesiaThe area is numbed with a local anaesthetic so the injections are comfortable. The whole appointment takes about 20–30 minutes.
  3. Bocox™ + P-ShotBocox™ is precisely placed to widen the penile vessels, and the P-Shot delivers concentrated platelets from your own blood to repair them.
  4. Minimal downtimeYou can return to your day right away. Improvement begins within about a week, peaks over 2–4 weeks, and lasts up to six months.

Frequently asked questions

Does Bocox™ increase size?

Some men notice a subtly fuller appearance because the treatment relaxes the penile smooth muscle — but any change is mild and temporary. Bocox™ is an erectile-function treatment, not an enlargement procedure. If lasting size is your goal, see Penile Augmentation.

How is Bocox™ different from oral ED medication?

Pills boost blood flow for a few hours and have to be timed before sex, often with systemic effects like headache or flushing. Bocox™ works locally and lasts up to six months — nothing to take or time.

What is vasodilation?

It simply means widening the blood vessels. Bocox™ relaxes the muscle in the artery walls so they open up, letting more blood flow into the penis.

Can it help if my erection starts but won't last?

Often, yes. That pattern usually points to venous leak — blood escaping before the erection can hold. Studies suggest the treatment improves how well the penis traps blood, so the erection lasts longer.

When will I see results, and how long do they last?

Bocox™ begins working within about a week, with the full effect over 2–4 weeks. Results last up to six months with US FDA-approved botulinum, and can be maintained with repeat treatment.

Is it painful?

The area is numbed with local anaesthetic first, so the procedure is comfortable. You may notice mild, temporary tenderness at the injection site afterwards.

Is it safe?

Bocox™ has a long safety record, and because it is injected locally the risk of systemic side effects is low. Temporary discomfort is the most common effect; infection or allergic reaction is rare.
