Bocox™ and venous leak

A common, under-treated reason erections won't last.

A firm erection needs two things: enough blood flowing in, and the veins clamping shut to keep it there. When those veins don't seal properly — a condition called venous leak — blood drains away almost as fast as it arrives, so the erection softens before or during sex.
