PRP — Platelet-Rich Plasma
One regenerative therapy, several uses — concentrated growth factors from your own blood, used for sexual health, hair, joints and skin.

Overview
PRP — platelet-rich plasma — is a regenerative treatment that uses the healing factors already in your own blood. A small sample is drawn and spun in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets, which are rich in growth factors such as PDGF, TGF-β and VEGF.
Injected where they're needed, those growth factors trigger the body's own repair — stimulating new tissue, blood vessels and collagen. Because the plasma is your own, the risk of allergy or rejection is very low.
At MENHANCE, PRP is prepared with RegenLab — a premium Swiss PRP system whose tubes and centrifuge are FDA-approved in many countries — using a closed, gel-separation process that isolates pure plasma.
What PRP can treat
We use two forms, matched to the area: plain PRP, and PRP-HA — PRP combined with hyaluronic acid.
PRP for the knees
PRP for the knees — ultrasound-guided PRP-HA is delivered into the knee joint to support cartilage health and ease the pain and stiffness of wear-and-tear (osteoarthritis). It pairs the growth factors in your own platelets with hyaluronic acid, a natural joint lubricant — a non-surgical option that can improve comfort and mobility with little downtime. Regencell is also available for the knee, also ultrasound-guided.
The O-Shot (for women)
The O-Shot (for women) — the same PRP principle applied to women's intimate health. Growth factors drawn from her own blood are placed in the area to support blood flow, sensation, natural lubrication and arousal — and many women find it eases mild urinary stress incontinence too. It is quick, uses her own biology, and needs no downtime.
How it works
4 reasons to choose Premium PRP at MENHANCE
Swiss technology, your own biology
We use a premium RegenLab centrifuge and tubes — US FDA-cleared and the first of its kind to receive Thai FDA approval — with a closed-system, gel-separation design that isolates pure plasma and reduces contamination risk. Because the plasma is your own, the risk of allergy or rejection is minimal — and it needs only a smaller blood draw while yielding around 1.6× more PRP.

Frequently asked questions
Is PRP safe?
Yes — it uses plasma drawn from your own blood, which minimises the risk of allergic reaction or rejection.
How long does it take?
About 45 minutes to an hour, including the consultation, blood draw, PRP preparation and the injection.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the area treated and your goals; some uses are done as a short course. We'll advise at consultation.
When will I see results?
Because PRP works by stimulating your own repair processes, results build gradually over several weeks.
