Testosterone Replacement Therapy
Perceive life in high definition. Restore energy, drive, muscle and focus — with blood-test-led, medically supervised testosterone therapy.

Overview
From around age 30, testosterone naturally declines by 1–2% every year — a slow slide often called andropause, or male menopause. Left unaddressed, low testosterone shows up as fatigue, low libido, mental fog, lost muscle, rising body fat, mood changes and softer erections. It's not "just getting older": it's a measurable, treatable hormone deficiency.
MENHANCE TRT begins with the numbers, not guesswork. We screen your free testosterone — the most accurate measure — and build a plan that restores you to a healthy, monitored range. The result is renewed vitality you can feel: more energy, sharper focus, better recovery and stronger drive.
What TRT restores
- Higher energy and less daily fatigue
- Restored libido and sexual function
- Easier muscle gain and faster recovery
- Reduced body fat
- Sharper focus and steadier mood
- Overall vitality and well-being
Why testosterone matters
From around 30, testosterone falls 1–2% a year. As it drops below the optimal range, low-T symptoms appear. TRT restores you to a healthy, monitored level — so you feel like yourself again.
- Testosterone screeningA simple blood test measures free testosterone — results back within 48 hours. Already tested in the last 6 months? Share it.
- Medical assessmentOur team reviews your results and symptoms to confirm whether TRT is right for you.
- The shotTreatment is a quick 20-minute injection appointment — same day, no downtime.
- MonitoringWe track your response and fine-tune the plan to keep levels safe and effective.
Measuring your testosterone — total vs free
Before any TRT we test your testosterone properly — and two numbers matter, because they are not the same.
We test total testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG and albumin so your plan is based on the active hormone, not just the total — see our testosterone screening packages. Reference: free testosterone is the bioactive, unbound fraction (~0.5–3% of total); the rest is bound to SHBG and albumin (clinical endocrinology references; Endocrine Society).
Step 1 — Choose your testosterone test
Every TRT plan starts with bloodwork — results back in about 48 hours, and a test from the last 6 months can be shared instead. Pick the panel that fits:

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a blood test first?
Yes — testosterone therapy is led by your numbers. We measure free testosterone, the most accurate marker. If you've had a test within the past 6 months, you can share those results instead.
How soon will I feel results?
Some men notice a lift in energy and mood within the first 2–3 days; for others it builds over about 2 weeks.
What's the difference between the two shots?
The short-term shot lasts about 2 weeks for fast relief; the long-term shot lasts about 3 months for steady, convenient regulation. We'll recommend the right fit for your goals.
Are there side effects?
Possible effects include acne, fluid retention, breast tenderness, hair thinning, raised blood pressure or an increased red-blood-cell count. We monitor closely and adjust your plan to manage them.
